Our focus is to deliver impact-driven solutions to our constituents & stakeholders, & this process incorporates Systems Thinking; Human-Centred Design; as well as Rapid Prototyping for continuous improvement.
We adopt robust analytical & evidence-based approaches with creative, empathetic and inclusive methods to create impactful solutions, and deliver more practical & actionable plans.
Development Strategy for Impact
Our focus is to deliver impact-driven solutions to our constituents & stakeholders, our approach starts with the people (stakeholders & constituents) we’re designing for, and ends with new solutions that are purpose-built to suit their needs.
At Migeri & Associates, we believe that the process of Strategy Design, – be it for a new programme/project or a new delivery model-, should be consultative in nature.

Entrepreneurship Capacity & Competency development (BDS)
We believe in providing entrepreneurs with support that is contextual and relevant to their growth and development. As part of our methodology for content development, we have adopted & merged a number of tools & resources, including the E.U’s EntreComp (Entrepreneurship Competency) framework, which we deliver through an Action-based learning approach.

Impact Management & Measurement
